Tried a different recipe. Forgot the oil and vanilla, remembered after they were in oven. I should really quit. They were like corn bread, okay. But not delicious. Edible = we are eating them.

I do that too - and tell my family they are missing just one ingredient, Cory usually doesn't eat, but me and the kids eat it.
Amy, Why is baking difficult for me. If I forget something in cooking, I can add it in. But baking you can never go back. Why do I always forget? I have the recipe right in front of me too. Hahaha.
This one time (years ago) Ben told me that my tator tot hotdish tasted different, and we realized that it was missing the hamburger. LOL!
Mom to three kids, Miles Oskar is 10, Murphy Kade is 8, and Miyo James is 4. I have started composting and really want to start growing my own vegetables. I want two laying hens and a goat to keep up my lawn. A small farm would do wonders for my peace of mind. I am currently searching how to be better organically, while wishing for a pony for my kids.
