miles' poem

November

Frost stealthily
settles on the cold
November grass

Leaves cling onto
bare branches
as they plummet
to their death

Squirrels straddle
for hibernation

Lakes wait
to be hushed to sleep

Children brace themselves
for November
birds drift south
as the day creeps by

Earth
takes it final turn
as the day retires

How absolutely sweet!! But you needt to switch out the nerd pic for maybe his "scientific" pic. Too funny. I am going to print this poem and save it. Miles is awesome. I probably should send him 5 more dollars, eh?

he's too greedy, don't send it. we don't give him an allowance, cause he's all, "more, more" & "can I have...."
